Our working model to train women to become female entrepreneurs is based on a close and longstanding collaboration with our partners (universities, technical institutes, etc.) to ensure that the women who participate receive high-quality training with modern materials and machinery, concentrating on the aspects in which they have the most room for improvement: Training within their particular area of work, on the one hand, and handling business models, on the other hand - both of which are fundamental to increasing leadership and a successful participation of women within the economy. Together with our partners, we design programs that address the specific and unique needs of our beneficiaries. Moreover, Avanzar offers female participants support in a variety of formats such as chats, coaching sessions, and mentoring.

Our work with adolescents is carried out with professionals in the field of personal development and prevention of teenage pregnancy and STD. Additionally, it involves combining theoretical knowledge with workshops on handicrafts that sow the seeds of entrepreneurship and a love for business.

Finally, the recreational activities for hospitalized children are made possible through collaborative efforts with teachers, tutors, and students of the Universidad de Cuenca, specializing in psychology and social work. For the children and their families, our support comes five days a week, providing opportunities for recreation and moments of relaxation for the children, as well as offering breakfast and a safe environment for the parents. Playful activities have a crucial impact on the recovery of hospitalized children, to the extent that studies indicate they even reduce the duration of hospital stays and the resulting stress.
